Privacy policy

The controller of personal data is Patryk Raba. For any matter concerning privacy or personal data you can write to patryk@raba.pl.

The site is informational. It requires no account, contains no registration forms, uses no cookies and no analytics tools, and builds no user profiles.

When you visit, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, and the browser identifier (user agent). Logs serve only to keep the site secure and working correctly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest) and are deleted automatically, at the latest after 30 days.

The app requires no account and no sign-in, and collects no personal data. All guides are bundled into the app and available offline.

• Data stored on your device: saved guides (the “Saved” feature) and app settings are kept only locally, in your phone's storage. They never leave the device and are never sent to us. You remove them by unsaving a guide or uninstalling the app.
• Daily reminder: the “Guide of the day” notification is optional and scheduled locally on your device. The app uses no push notifications, fetches no device tokens, and contacts no server for this.
• No tracking: the app contains no analytics tools, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs that track activity. We show no ads.

The app lets you ask a question by voice. The feature is entirely optional: the microphone starts only after you tap the button and grant permission in the system dialog (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent).

Speech-to-text conversion is handled by your device's built-in speech recognition service (on Android this is the system vendor's recognition service, usually Google; on iOS it is Apple's service). Depending on your device settings, the system vendor may process the recording on its own servers under its own privacy policy. The app receives only the recognised text and processes it locally on the device. We do not record audio, do not store it, and do not send it to our servers.

You can revoke microphone access at any time in your phone's system settings - the app then keeps working normally, without the voice feature.

If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message solely to reply and handle the matter (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as the matter requires, and no longer than 12 months after the contact ends.

Server log data is processed on our behalf by Vercel Inc. (site hosting). That provider's servers may be located outside the European Economic Area - such transfers then rely on standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

We sell no data, share none of it for marketing purposes, make no automated decisions, and do not profile users.

To the extent we process your personal data, you have the right to access it, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, and object. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise your rights, write to patryk@raba.pl.

The site and the app are safe for all age groups. Because we collect no personal data, we collect no children's data either.

If the scope of the site or the app changes, we will update this policy and change the date at the top of the page.
